These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and 333bad ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 333bad website accessible at https://333bad.win and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, account management, promotional offers, and customer support.

By completing the registration process on 333bad, by logging into an existing account, or by accessing any game, betting market, or service offered through the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 333bad platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support.

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register player accounts on 333bad.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method(s) you use to deposit or withdraw funds — including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank accounts.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 333bad or any responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any time 333bad requests verification documentation.

333bad employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited into such an account will be returned to the original deposit payment method; any winnings generated through play on the account will be forfeited in their entirety. 333bad takes the protection of minors seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry relating to underage gambling.

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card; a valid and active Bangladesh mobile number (used for two-factor authentication); a unique password of sufficient complexity; and your date of birth. One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active account on 333bad at any given time. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 333bad will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately to request a password reset and account security review.

Account information accuracy: You must ensure that all information associated with your 333bad account remains accurate and up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or other registered details change, you are responsible for updating your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account verification.

All financial transactions on 333bad — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus fund credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to any transaction; your account balance is always displayed in BDT, and all deposit and withdrawal amounts are processed in BDT.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. 333bad does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Standard mobile financial service (MFS) transaction fees imposed by the payment provider on the sender's side may apply and are outside 333bad's control. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 333bad account — cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Verification requirements: 333bad reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount. This may include a copy of your National Identity Card, a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account, or a utility bill confirming your address. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is applied consistently and fairly across all player accounts.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a 333bad account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to any given promotion will be stated clearly in that promotion's terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires the player to wager a total amount equal to 30 times the bonus value before a withdrawal of the bonus-derived balance is permitted.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to the registered player account only and may not be transferred.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method (including bKash and Nagad account numbers).
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 333bad reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and withhold any remaining real-money balance pending investigation.

As a registered player on 333bad, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. You are personally responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that specific activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on 333bad, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point when requested by 333bad.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or other corrupt practice in connection with sports betting markets, including BPL and IPL cricket markets.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, scraper, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 333bad platform in a manner not explicitly authorised by 333bad.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical malfunction are void and will not be paid.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the 333bad deposit or withdrawal infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the 333bad platform, its software, or its proprietary content without express written authorisation from 333bad.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 333bad support staff or other users in any communication channel.

333bad reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During any investigation, the account and associated balance may be temporarily frozen. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, 333bad may permanently close the account, void any outstanding bets and bonus balances, and withhold or return the real-money balance at its sole discretion, subject to applicable AML obligations.

Upon receiving a closure request, 333bad will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method and close the account within the timescales set out in the account management table in Section 3. Please note that if you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons, 333bad strongly recommends activating a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards that prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

Suspension by 333bad: 333bad may suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

Termination by 333bad: 333bad may permanently terminate your account and withhold your balance where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting, withheld balances may be reported to the relevant authorities. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a confirmed breach — for example, as a result of 333bad ceasing operations in a particular market — any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Effect of closure: Upon closure or termination of your account, your access to all 333bad services — including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and promotional offers — will cease immediately. Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits remaining in your account at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money balances will be processed as described above.

Re-registration after self-exclusion: Players who have activated a self-exclusion and subsequently attempt to re-register on 333bad during the exclusion period will be identified and the new account closed. 333bad takes self-exclusion requests seriously and maintains exclusion records to prevent circumvention.
